Welcome to LIVO<\/strong>. These Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and booking platform (together, the \u201cPlatform\u201d). By using LIVO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. <\/span>If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

LIVO is operated by LIVO LLC, a booking platform that enables users to discover, book and manage longevity and recovery services offered by independent third party providers (\u201cPartners\u201d).<\/span>
<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To use LIVO you must<\/span><\/p>

  • Be at least 18 years old.<\/span><\/li>
  • Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>
  • Provide accurate complete information and be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • LIVO acts as a booking intermediary and does not provide the services listed on the Platform. All services are delivered directly by independent third party Partners.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • LIVO does not provide medical advice diagnosis or treatment. Users should always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any wellness or recovery protocol.<\/p><\/li>

    • LIVO does not guarantee the quality safety suitability or outcomes of services provided by Partners and does not supervise or control the services delivered.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Partner.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • All payments on LIVO are processed through the Platform using secure third party payment providers.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Prices shown on the Platform are inclusive of VAT where applicable.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • If you cancel a booking refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy of the selected Partner. The applicable policy is displayed at checkout and included in the booking confirmation.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Refunds are issued to the original payment method subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • If a service is purchased without a confirmed booking users may request a full refund within seven days provided that no session has been booked.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        You agree to<\/span><\/p>

        • Use LIVO for personal non commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.<\/span><\/li>
        • Not misuse interfere with or disrupt the Platform.<\/span><\/li>
        • Respect appointment times and applicable cancellation rules.<\/span><\/li>
        • Treat Partner staff with respect and professionalism.<\/span><\/li>
        • Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

          Partners listed on LIVO are independent businesses and are solely responsible for<\/span><\/p>

          • Providing accurate service descriptions pricing and availability.<\/span><\/li>
          • Delivering booked services in a professional and safe manner.<\/span><\/li>
          • Holding valid licenses insurance and authorizations required by applicable laws.<\/span><\/li>
          • Complying with all applicable legal regulatory and professional obligations<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            • Only users who have completed a booking may submit a review.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • LIVO does not guarantee the accuracy completeness or reliability of reviews.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • LIVO reserves the right to moderate remove or decline any review at its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            • LIVO may use reviews and ratings for service quality monitoring and marketing purposes.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              • All content available on the Platform including text graphics software and logos is owned by or licensed to LIVO.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

              • You may not copy reproduce distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                To the fullest extent permitted by law LIVO disclaims all warranties express or implied and limits its liability to the maximum extent allowed.<\/span><\/p>

                • LIVO is not liable for services provided by Partners or for any injury loss damage dissatisfaction or outcome resulting from services booked through the Platform.<\/span><\/li>
                • LIVO is not responsible for platform interruptions data loss or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  LIVO may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if<\/span><\/p>

                  • You violate these Terms.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Fraudulent abusive or unlawful activity is detected.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Your behavior is harmful disruptive or poses a risk to users.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Partners or the Platform<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    Where reasonably practicable LIVO will notify users prior to suspension or termination.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    LIVO may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in app notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California United States of America. The courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
